Consular Services for Indian Citizens

The Embassy provides a range of consular services to Indian citizens residing or travelling in Turkmenistan. These include registration, emergency services, and assistance in distress situations.

Services Offered:

  • Emergency Certificate (EC) for return to India
  • Death registration and transportation of mortal remains
  • Issue of life certificate for pensioners
  • Registration of birth of Indian children born in Turkmenistan
  • Police Clearance Certificates (PCC)
  • NRI certificates and affidavits

General Guidelines:

  • All applications must be submitted in person at the Embassy.
  • Original and copy of documents must be provided.
  • Photographs as per specifications must be submitted.
  • Fee must be paid in exact USD.

Registration of Indian Nationals: All Indian nationals residing in Turkmenistan are advised to register with the Embassy using the registration form available at the Embassy or online (if applicable).

Registration helps the Embassy provide better assistance during emergencies.
