WHERE TO OBTAIN VISA IN TURKMENISTAN
Indian visa in Turkmenistan can be obtained from the Embassy of India, Ashgabat at the following address:

VISA FORMS
Visa Form should be filled online and should be uploaded along with Photo Online Visa Application.
WORKING HOURS
Visa applications can be submitted at the Consular Wing of the Embassy of India, Ashgabat from 09:30 AM to 11:30 PM on all working days. Visas can be collected from the same place on the specified dates from 4 PM to 5 PM.

Instructions for Specific Visa Types
Business Visa: Not meant for petty trade; only for persons of sound business/financial standing with relevant documents.
Student Visa: Must include invitation letter from recognized institute, educational certificates, guardian's approval, medical certificate, and English language proficiency.
Medical Visa: Medical documents and hospital invitation letter must be provided.
ICCR Scholarships
The Indian Council for Cultural Relations offers annual scholarships to Turkmen students. Applicants should have English knowledge and at least 12 years of prior education.
