Important Notice for Indian Passport Applicants

All Indian nationals are requested to note that from 03rd September 2025, only passport applications filled-in at GPSP 2.0 portal would be accepted in the Embassy of India, Ashgabat. Applications filled at GPSP1.0 will NOT be accepted from 03 September 2025.
2. Therefore, passport applicants must fill the applications on the new GPSP 2.0 portal available at link https://mportal.passportindia.gov.in/gpsp
3. Please note that the photograph uploaded on the passport application must be compliant with ICAO Guidelines. Attached is a copy of Guidelines for ICAO Compliant Photographs for Passport Application.
4. Applicants, who have already filled applications from the GPSP1.0 portal, have to complete the application form again on the new portal (above link), upload relevant documents, photograph, signature and submit the application form in the Embassy.
